Plank Cutting Fixture

Cutting planks on large table saws is a challenge and often the planks get burned or jammed between the blade and the rip fence.
To avoid both issues, build a sled. The runners are hardwood and placed in the miter slots, and then the sled is glued to them. The adjusting device
can be made simpler and allows micro adjustments. The planking stock is placed on the right side of the sled
and gently pushed against the screw. That's all.
